Nora Holledge has lived in Cippenham since 1969. She moved to Moreton Way with her family
34 years ago. Nora worked in Slough’s library service for over 25 years as a Community Libraries
Manager, until her retirement in 2011. She is a Governor of Cippenham Nursery School, an
independent nursery for Cippenham children. Her husband Mike was a Cippenham Councillor
from 2004 to 2007. If elected, Nora will work to further improve local education, to see tougher
action on dog-mess and anti-social behaviour.

ROGER DAVIS

Roger Davis lives in Moreton Way with his family, and has lived in Cippenham for 41 years.
His children and grandchildren have attended Cippenham schools, and Roger is a member of
the Executive Board that governs Western House Primary School. Roger has been one of your
Cippenham Green Councillors since 2008 and has secured new parking bays for residents, pavement
resurfacing and improvements to local play areas since he was elected. He will work to continue
getting improvements for Cippenham Green if re-elected on 22nd May.

JAMES SWINDLEHURST

James Swindlehurst lives on Cippenham Lane, and has been one of your Cippenham Councillors
since he was first elected in 2002. James is currently the Deputy Leader of the Council and has won
numerous victories for local people in his 12 years working for residents – including new facilities
and a ‘trim trail’ for Mercian Way park; action to get changing rooms, new pitches, and the roads
adopted on the Cippenham new estate; road and lighting improvements around the village; and the
expansion of Cippenham Library. James will continue working hard for Cippenham if re-elected.
