Avtar Kaur Cheema sits currently as a Parish Councillor on Colnbrook & Poyle Parish Council and
she is active in a range of community and residents’ groups in the village.
Avtar lives in Dawley Ride with her family. The Cheemas’ four children have all attend Pippins
Primary School and local Secondary Schools, and the family have lived in Colnbrook for 28 years.
Avtar is keen to improve the street-scene and local environment across Colnbrook if elected to the
Borough Council; tackling litter and tatty infrastructure in the Westfield estate, and improving drains
and street-lighting in eastern Colnbrook
